BendixKing KDI 573 DME is used with the KDI 572 or KDI 574 distance measuring equipment (DME) and used by the co-pilot and crew. Unlike the KDI 572, the KDI 573 does not come equipped with a selector knob. This display unit will display distance, groundspeed, and time-to-station simultaneously.
This new TSO'd unit (PN 066-01069-0002) features a 5 VDC lighting. Compatible with the KN 63, KDM 706, KDM 706A, or KTU 709.

Use the KDI 573 DME with the KDI 572 or KDI 574 as a distance measuring equipment (DME) display for copilot and crew. It comes without a selector switch. Models available with an indicator to show whether the KDI 572/574 master control is in NAV 1, NAV 2, or DME HOLD mode.
