The Artex C406-1 ELT was designed to meet the rigorous requirements of TSO C126 and to pass the toughest safety tests. In the event of a crash, the Artex C406 ELT will automatically transmit a 406 MHz digital message to a worldwide network of satellites, allowing first responders to quickly and accurately identify the incident location, reducing the search and rescue response time.
Artex C406-1 ELT operates on 121.5, 243, and 406 MHz frequencies and features a single BNC output with an automatic G-switch for fixed-wing aircraft operations.
Artex C406-1 ELT complete system includes the C406-1 ELT unit, mounting tray, covers, buzzer, remote switch, coax cable, and Artex 110-340 Tri-Band ELT antenna.
