Sandia's SRU 1 is a single card enclosure that accepts any MARC70 interface module.
The SRU 1 is ideally suited for PMA Approved installations where only one MARC70 card is required or where there is limited real estate for mounting the larger enclosures. The SRU 1 can be mounted on any axis and either inside or outside the pressure vessel.
MARC70 Interface Modules provide the avionics installer with simple, PMA Approved installation solutions. SANDIA Aerospace Modules are ideal where reliability is a must such as in Navigation System, GPWS, TAWS, and RVSM installations. Each module can be installed in either an SRU-1, SRU-5, or SRU-10 enclosure, maximizing installation flexibility. These interface modules can be combined together in a single enclosure to provide a complete installation solution.
