ACK A-30.5 Altitude Encoder, equipped with advanced solid-state electronics, offers exceptional reliability. With a swift and effortless installation process that typically takes less than an hour, it is designed to be compatible with most of the transponders currently in operation, reporting altitudes up to 30,750 ft.
The package includes a quick-release mounting tray, a 4-ft. color-coded wiring harness with a pre-wired jack, static line, fittings suitable for any aircraft, and an installation manual featuring popular transponder pin-outs. It also comes with a 3-year warranty.
This ACK A-30.5 altitude encoder is engineered to be compatible with all contemporary mode A/C and mode S transponders. When configured in mod 4 to mod 7, it records up to 30,750 feet and offers a parallel grey code output. Moreover, the mod 5 and mod 9 configurations are seamlessly interchangeable with earlier versions such as mod 1 to 4, and mod 8 digitizers, specifically those with serial numbers ranging from 2,400 to 120,499.
