Comant's newest CI2580-200 ComDat VHF/GPS antenna is designed to meet specific GPS WAAS Gamma 3 requirements of the Garmin G1000 system. This ComDat antenna provides 80 dB of VHF harmonic suppression which allows VHF and GPS operation in one radome without the use of in-line filters. The Gamma 3 WAAS allows for primary navigation using GPS for all phases of flight including precision LPV approaches.
This antenna has passed the demanding direct effects of lightning environmental testing. Not intended for portable GPS receiver systems.
